Z'Tejas Shallot Ginger Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shallots minced
  • 1/2 cup Garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup Ginger minced
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 3/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sambal Chile Paste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until well combined.
  • May be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
