Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur or other Ginger Liqueur of choice
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Egg Whites pasteurized (Omit if desired. Egg white bring a rich mouth feel to the drink, but add little, if any, flavor.)
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Cherry Bitters
  • Cocktail Cherries to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except the cherry bitters and cherries. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Coupe, Martini or other glass.
  • Add a dash of cherry bitters
  • Garnish with 3 cherries.
  • Serve.
