- 1/3 cup Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 8 ounces chopped Semisweet Chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups sifted Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dark Corn Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Hazelnut Liqueur
To a medium saucepan add half and half, milk and chocolate.
Place over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for five minutes to melt chocolate and combine.
Add sugar and corn syrup. Stirring constantly, cook 10 minutes.
Stir in liqueur.
Pour mixture into a fondue pot on low heat to keep warm.
Serve fondue with assorted fruit and pound cake.
