Add soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame seed oil and molasses to a large bowl. Stir to blend thoroughly.
Add peanut butter, sugar, ginger, brown sugar, chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, onion powder and dried chives. Whisk or blend all ingredients for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves and peanut butter is incorporated into the liquid ingredients.
Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes on the counter before using it in a recipe.
If not using within an hour of making, or for leftovers, store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
