Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/8 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Molasses
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger
  • 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Chili Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemongrass
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Chives

Instructions

  • Add soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame seed oil and molasses to a large bowl. Stir to blend thoroughly.
  • Add peanut butter, sugar, ginger, brown sugar, chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, onion powder and dried chives. Whisk or blend all ingredients for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves and peanut butter is incorporated into the liquid ingredients.
  • Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes on the counter before using it in a recipe.
  • If not using within an hour of making, or for leftovers, store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
