Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and diced (See Note #1 Above for a Link to our "How to Cook Boneless Chicken Breasts and Thighs" Information Page)
  • 1 pound Russet Potatoes cooked and diced (See Note #2 Above for a Link to our "How to Boil Potatoes" Information Page)
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube dissolved in 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups frozen Corn Kernels
  • 1/8 cup diced Onion
  • 1/8 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/8 cup fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken breasts and potatoes. Set aside.
  • Add water with dissolved chicken bouillon cube to a large saucepan. Place on stovetop over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add milk, cream, corn, onion, red pepper, sugar and parsley. Stir to mix.
  • Add in prepared chicken and potatoes. Carefully stir to mix.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or more, until thickened just slightly.
  • Serve hot.
