- 1 box Penne or other large Noodles
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup whole Milk
- 1 1/2 cups grated Asiago Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Truffle Oil
- 1/2 pound cooked Lobster Meat
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Place a medium cooking pot over low heat.
Add cream and milk. Bring to a simmer.
Slowly add cheese, a little at a time, stirring it into the sauce to melt it together. Whisk in the truffle oil.
Add cooked noodles and lobster meat to pot. Heat until the noodles and lobster are warm. Do not overcook.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste, as needed.
