Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pound to breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.
Sprinkle flour over chicken breasts, evenly coating both sides. Set aside
In medium bowl add egg and milk. Whisk to mix and beat slightly.
In another medium bowl, add bread crumbs.
Add olive oil to a large skillet. Place over medium-high heat and heat until oil is hot and shimmering.
Dip floured chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture. Turn to coat.
Then dip in bread crumbs, turning and pressing down to coat well.
Carefully place chicken breasts in hot skillet.
Brown the chicken in the hot oil on both sides until golden, about 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
Place browned chicken in a baking dish.
Place 2 slices of provolone cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Pour spaghetti or marinara sauce over all.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Place in preheated oven. Bake about 25 - 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot.
