- 1 Lime
- 1 1/4 ounces Grey Goose Vodka
- 1 1/4 ounces Ginger Syrup
- 2 ounces Goslings Ginger Beer or to fill
- Candied Ginger to garnish
- Sprig of Mint to garnish
Cut Lime into wedges. Set aside.
To a copper mug, add vodka and ginger syrup. Stir to mix.
Add crushed ice to fill. Stir until well-chilled.
Pour in ginger beer. Gently stir to mix.
Squeeze one lime wedge into glass. Drop spent lime wedge into glass.
Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail skewer and sprig of mint.
Serve.
