Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 1 1/4 ounces Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1 1/4 ounces Ginger Syrup
  • 2 ounces Goslings Ginger Beer or to fill
  • Candied Ginger to garnish
  • Sprig of Mint to garnish

Instructions

  • Cut Lime into wedges. Set aside.
  • To a copper mug, add vodka and ginger syrup. Stir to mix.
  • Add crushed ice to fill. Stir until well-chilled.
  • Pour in ginger beer. Gently stir to mix.
  • Squeeze one lime wedge into glass. Drop spent lime wedge into glass.
  • Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail skewer and sprig of mint.
  • Serve.
