Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Trader Vic's Dark Rum or other Dark Rum of choice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Orange Curacao
  • 1/2 ounce Orgeat Syrup
  • Splash Simple Syrup about 1/4 ounce, to taste
  • Lime Wedge to garnish
  • Cherry to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Highball, Rocks, Tiki or other glass.
  • Garnish with lime wedge and cherry.
  • Serve.
