Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other Orange Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Pomegranate Syrup
  • 1 Orange slice to garnish
  • 2 teaspoons White Sugar to coat rim

Instructions

  • Place the ice, Cointreau, rum, and pomegranate syrup into a blender, blend until smooth.
  • Sprinkle sugar onto a saucer.
  • Moisten rim of a martini glass with the cut edge of the orange slice. Dip the glass into the sugar to line the rim.
  • Pour granita into the glass.
  • Garnish with the orange slice.
  • Serve.
