Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup
  • 1 cup chopped Pecans
  • 1 Unbaked Pie Crust, store bought or homemade

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place eggs in a small mixing bowl. Beat slightly.
  • Add vanilla, butter, salt, sugar and syrup. Blend well.
  • Add the chopped pecans.
  • Pour into a pie crust.
  • Place pie in preheated oven. Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 325°F. Continue baking until the pie is set.
  • Remove from oven. Set aside to cool.
  • Serve cool.
