- 1 ounce Buffalo Trace Bourbon or other Bourbon of choice
- 3/4 ounces Ancho Reyes Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce Honey
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ounce Cold Pressed Apple Juice
- Apple Slice to garnish
- Mint Sprig to garnish
To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except apple slice and mint. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass or other glass.
Garnish with apple slice and mint sprig.
Serve cold.
