Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Buffalo Trace Bourbon or other Bourbon of choice
  • 3/4 ounces Ancho Reyes Liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce Honey
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 ounce Cold Pressed Apple Juice
  • Apple Slice to garnish
  • Mint Sprig to garnish

Instructions

  • To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except apple slice and mint. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass or other glass.
  • Garnish with apple slice and mint sprig.
  • Serve cold.
