Red Lobster Dew Garita Cocktail Recipe
Make our Red Lobster Dew Garita Cocktail Recipe at home. This Signature Restaurant Cocktail is a collaboration between two of our favorites, Red Lobster and Mountain Dew.

- 1 Lime to rim glass
- Tajín Seasoning to rim glass
- 2 ounces Blanco Tequila
- 1 ounce Mountain Dew Syrup (Recipe below)
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
- Splash Mountain Dew to top
Prepare Mountain Dew Syrup according to the recipe below. Chill completely.
Pour a bit of Tajín seasoning onto a small plate.
Cut a wedge out of the lime. Use the wedge to rim a margarita or rocks glass with lime juice. (Save the lime to cut and squeeze for your 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice.)
Dip wet rim into Tajín and coat the rim (see photo above). Set aside.
Fill an ice-filled cocktail shaker with tequila, Mountain Dew Syrup, lime juice, midori and triple sec.
Shake until fully chilled.
Strain into prepared glass.
Top with a splash of Mountain Dew. (Be careful not to "splash" too much and ruin your nicely coated rim.)
