Ingredients

  • 20 ounces frozen chopped Spinach
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh Garlic or 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • One 10-ounce can Cream of Celery Soup
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cooked spinach according to package directions. Remove from heat and drain well in a colander. Set aside.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add butter and cook until melted and hot.
  • Add and onion. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
  • Add flour and soup. Simmer until hot and bubbling.
  • Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Add prepared spinach. Cook until hot.
  • Serve hot.
