- 20 ounces frozen chopped Spinach
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 small Onion diced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh Garlic or 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- One 10-ounce can Cream of Celery Soup
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Cooked spinach according to package directions. Remove from heat and drain well in a colander. Set aside.
Place a large skillet over medium heat.
Add butter and cook until melted and hot.
Add and onion. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Add flour and soup. Simmer until hot and bubbling.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Add prepared spinach. Cook until hot.
Serve hot.
