- 4 double thick cut Pork Chops, about 10 - 12 ounces each (Your butcher will cut these for you)
- 1 cup Bahama Breeze Jamaican Marinade (Recipe below)
- 1/2 cup Bahama Breeze Guava Glaze (Recipe below)
Prepare Jamaican Marinade and Guava Glaze according to recipes below. Set aside.
Trim pork chops of excess fat.
Pour Jamaican Marinade into a bowl or serving platter big enough to lay the pork chops in. Place pork chops in marinade and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chops from marinade (discard used marinade) and place on a medium hot grill.
Grill chops, basting with Guava Glaze until done.
