Coconut Rum
Instructions
Add cream, egg yolks and sugar to a small sauce pan set over medium heat.
Stir constantly using a cooks spoon until the sauce starts to thicken, about 8 - 10 minutes.
Add rum. Stir to evenly mix.
Pour into a clean container and quickly place in an ice water bath.
Place in the refrigerator to chill to 40°F.
Serve with our Bahama Breeze Piña Colada Bread Pudding.
