- 1 Avocado peeled, pitted and quartered
- 1/4 cup Carrot Slices thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs Cilantro
- Crispy Wontons or Fried Onions to garnish
- Soy Sauce or Chile Garlic Sauce to serve
Lightly sear the tuna sashimi.
Spoon rice into serving bowl (or plate).
