Ingredients

  • 1 pint Strawberries washed, hulled and cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup frozen Bacardi Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
  • 4 small Short Cake Biscuits homemade purchased from the bakery section of your supermarket
  • Crème Anglaise Recipe below, as needed
  • Whipped Cream as needed
  • Mint Sprigs for serving

Instructions

  • In a 1-quart stainless bowl, combine prepared strawberries and 1/4 cup of Bacardi Strawberry mix.
  • Cut short cake biscuits in 1/2. Lay each bottom on a 6-inch round plate.
  • Distribute strawberries mixture evenly on top of each biscuit.
  • Place other half of the biscuit on top.
  • Drizzle 2 ounces Crème Anglaise over the exposed strawberries and around the plate.
  • Place 3 tablespoons of whipped cream on top of biscuit.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
