- 1 pint Strawberries washed, hulled and cut into halves
- 1/4 cup frozen Bacardi Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
- 4 small Short Cake Biscuits homemade purchased from the bakery section of your supermarket
- Crème Anglaise Recipe below, as needed
- Whipped Cream as needed
- Mint Sprigs for serving
In a 1-quart stainless bowl, combine prepared strawberries and 1/4 cup of Bacardi Strawberry mix.
Cut short cake biscuits in 1/2. Lay each bottom on a 6-inch round plate.
Distribute strawberries mixture evenly on top of each biscuit.
Place other half of the biscuit on top.
Drizzle 2 ounces Crème Anglaise over the exposed strawberries and around the plate.
Place 3 tablespoons of whipped cream on top of biscuit.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
