minced Garlic
Zest and freshly squeezed Juice of 1 Lemon
You can use the same lemon. Do the zesting first then cut it in 1/2 and squeeze.

drops Tabasco Sauce or other Hot Sauce
of choice
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whip butter until soft.
Add chives and garlic.
Add lemon zest and juice.
Season with hot sauce, to taste. Mix very well.
Spread butter out on a 12-inch sheet of wax or parchment paper.
Roll into a smooth log removing all the paper creases.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to use. Allow butter to come to room temperature before using.
The rolled butter can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
