Ingredients

  • 4 Idaho Potatoes baked ahead and cooled
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • 2 teaspoons Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • LongHorn Steakhouse Horseradish Ranch Dipping Sauce (Recipe Below)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat grill to 500 - 550°F.
  • Cut cooled potatoes into 4 - 6 pieces lengthwise, depending on potato size and preference.
  • Lay wedges out on a baking sheet skin side down.
  • Spray wedges with cooking spray, giving them a light coating.
  • Mix salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder together. Sprinkle this seasoning lightly over the potatoes.
  • Season hot grates with a lightly oiled towel.
  • Place the potato wedges across the grates, spacing them out so it’s easy to flip them around as they cook.
  • Turn the wedges every couple of minutes until they start to turn golden brown and crispy, approximately 5 - 7 minutes total.
  • Remove from the grill. Re-season if needed.
  • Serve immediately with LongHorn Steakhouse Horseradish Ranch Dipping Sauce.
