Benihana Rocky's Choice Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces boneless Chicken cubed
  • 1 Mushroom sliced into 4 pieces
  • 3 dashes Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soybean Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 sliced Lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Coat one side of a square foot of a aluminum foil with oil.
  • Combine ingredients in foil and wrap loosely.
  • Cook in heated non-stick skillet 4 - 5 minutes until foil expands.
