Benihana Rocky's Choice Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces boneless Sirloin Steak
  • 2 Mushrooms sliced into 8 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Soybean Oil
  • 1/2 clove Garlic chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Add oil to non-stick skillet.
  • Place skillet on medium heat and allow oil to get hot before adding steak.
  • Carefully add steak, mushroom slices and garlic.
  • Cook to desired doneness.
