Ingredients
16ouncesImitation Crab Meatdrained of any water
1/2cupSour Cream
1tablespoonfreshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/8teaspoonGarlic Salt
1 1/4cupsshredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheeseof choice, divided
One 8-ounce package Cream Cheesesoftened
2tablespoonsMayonnaise (We choose Duke's)
1 1/4teaspoonsWorcestershire Sauce
1/4cupthinly sliced Onion
1/4cupthinly sliced Celery
1tablespoonSugar
1tablespoonMilk
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Add all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and salt and pepper, to a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Spoon mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle reserved cheese over top.
Place in preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and casserole is bubbling.
