Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise We always prefer that Southern Favorite, Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • A few small shakes of Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tomatillos husked
  • 1 Jalapeño ribbed and seeded
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • Freshly squeezed Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Blend mayonnaise, dressing mix, buttermilk and garlic in a blender until blended and smooth.
  • Dice up tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro.
  • Place in the blender.
  • Juice up lime. Add juice to the blender.
  • Blend up all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
