  • 1 ounce Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Espresso Syrup (Recipe Below)
  • 2 ounce Irish or Bourbon Cream
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream to garnish
  • Chocolate Syrup to garnish

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour in a hurricane glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
