The Boardroom Island Eraser Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant The Boardroom Island Eraser Cocktail Recipe at home. This Signature Restaurant Cocktail, from Hilton Head Island, is just what you need to live the Island Life - or to feel like it, anyway.
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Appleton Estates Rum
- 2 ounces Coconut Cream
- 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 3 ounces Orange Juice
- Dash Nutmeg to top
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients, except nutmeg. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Rocks, Tiki or other glass.
- Top with a dash of nutmeg.
- Serve cold.
I left off the Nutmeg. I'm not a fan. The drink was just fine without it. -- Mark
