Rainforest Cafe City of Gold Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked Bowtie Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/3 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese diced
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese divided
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1 large Roma Tomato peeled and diced into 3/4-inch pieces, to garnish
- 2 tablespoons 1/4-inch sliced Green Onions to garnish
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
- Add butter to a medium saucepan.
- Place over medium heat and melt butter.
- Add heavy cream and heat well.
- Add feta, mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Heat, stirring often, just until cheese melts.
- Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture. Stir to coat well.
- Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place pasta in a serving dish. Garnish with tomatoes, green onions and remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.
