Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Pyrat XO Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Wray & Nephew Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Salers Aperitif
  • 1 1/2 ounces Root Beer Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Boker’s Bitters
  • 3 ounces Soda Water
  • Root Beer Leaf, cut into a circle, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  2. Put soda into a pilsner glass.
  3. Double strain cocktail on top of it.
  4. Add ice, a straw, and garnish with a circle of root beer leaf.
