Cracker Barrel Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Karo Syrup
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
- 1 Unbaked Pie Crust, store bought or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place eggs in a small mixing bowl. Beat slightly.
- Add vanilla, butter, salt, sugar and syrup. Blend well.
- Add the chopped pecans.
- Pour into a pie crust.
- Place pie in preheated oven. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325°F. Continue baking until the pie is set.
- Remove from oven. Set aside to cool.
- Serve cool.
