Claim Jumper Irish Sunset Cocktail Recipe
Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Claim Jumper Irish Sunset Cocktail Recipe at home. This Signature Restaurant Cocktail is sweet and peachy with an Irish Kick.
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 2 ounces Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Grenadine
- Lemon Twist to garnish
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add whiskey, schnapps and juice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled Martini, Coupe, Nick & Nora or other glass.
- Slowly pour grenadine down the center of the drink so that it pools in the bottom.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
- Serve with a cocktail stirrer.
