Here’s the rub: this fiery spice blend is perfect for seasoning grilled steaks, chops, chicken, and fish. Just rub it on the meat right before cooking. You can add a pinch to sautéed vegetables, too. Or use it to season homemade tortilla chips, French fries, or popcorn.
Chevys Fresh Mex Fuego Spice Mix Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground White Pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Chile Powder
- 2 tablespoons Oregano
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Store in an air-tight container, out of direct light, for up to 6 months.
