Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Alamo Drafthouse The Clooney Cocktail Recipe at home. This Signature Restaurant Cocktail is a strong, tart Margarita. Just what you would expect from a cocktail named for someone with his own Tequila brand.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Casamigos Reposado Tequila Mr. Clooney's Brand or other Reposado Tequila, of choice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
Instructions
- To an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Rocks, Coupe, Martini, Nick & Nora or other glass.
- Serve.
