Bahama Breeze Batida de Coco Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- Crushed Ice
- 4 ounces Coconut Milk
- 2 ounces Silver Rum Cachaça or other White Rum or Vodka
- 1 ounce Condensed Milk
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice or fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
- Sweetened Coconut Flakes to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a Rocks or Double Rocks glass with crushed ice.
- Pour ice into a blender.
- Add coconut milk, rum, condensed milk and fruit juice.
- Blend until creamy.
- Pour back into glass.
- Sprinkle with sweetened coconut flakes.
- Serve cold.
