Benihana Lychee Blossom Cocktail Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Martini, Coupe or Nick & Nora Cocktail Glass
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 ounces Lychee Purée or heavy syrup from can of Lychees (if using heavy syrup, omit simple syrup - or add to taste)
- 1/2 ounce Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 canned peeled Lychee fruit to garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except lychee fruit to be used for garnish, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Martini, Coupe or Nick & Nora Cocktail Glass.
- Garnish with lychee fruit, either into the bottom of the glass or on a cocktail skewer.
