Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese, powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, sour cream and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  • Set aside while cooking the crepes.
