- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

- 1 ounce Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce or other Worcestershire Sauce of choice
- 3 tablespoons Creole Mustard
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Romano Cheese
- 2 cups Salad Oil
Measure all ingredients except oil into a large container. Blend thoroughly with a wire whisk.
