Ingredients

  • Four 4-ounce Salmon Fillets skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons freshly coarsely ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Spray to coat pan
  • Lemons sliced thinly, to garnish

Instructions

  • Place salmon in a shallow dish just large enough to hold the fillets.
  • Add lemon juice, garlic and salt. Run into top of salmon with hands. Turn fillets over and repeat to coat both sides. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Spread pepper on a plate.
  • Lightly press each fillet into the pepper to coat both sides.
  • Place a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • When hot, spray with vegetable spray.
  • Place salmon into hot pan. Cook until done, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Garnish with lemon slices.
