BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse Raspberry Lemon Drop Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Fine Sugar to rim glass
  • 3 freshly cut Lemon Wedges
  • 2 ounces Ketle One Citroen Vodka or other Citrus Vodka of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Twist to garnish

Instructions

  • Pour sugar out onto a small saucer to form a smooth layer.
  • Run one lemon wedge around the rim of a Coupe, Margarita, Nick and Nora or other glass, of choice. Discard wedge.
  • Place glass rim-down onto the sugar. Push down lightly and roll glass to fully rim with sugar. Set aside.
  • To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, Chambord and simple syrup.
  • Squeeze remaining lemon wedges into shaker. Discard wedges.
  • Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a Coupe, Martini, Nick & Nora or other glass.
  • Garnish with lemon twist.
  • Serve.
