Soy Sauce

Black Peppercorns
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir to mix.
Place over medium heat and slowly bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until a syrup consistency, about 45 minutes.
Strain to remove all solids.
Allow to cool.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
Can be done in advance. Warm before using.
