Add mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, cayenne pepper and horseradish sauce to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Can be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Bring up to room temperature before serving.
