Shane's Rib Shack Grandma's Peach Cobbler Recipe

Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Shane's Rib Shack Grandma's Peach Cobbler Recipe at home and your Grandma's Peach Cobbler will taste just like Shane's Rib Shack.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 fresh Peaches, peeled and pits removed, (or 2 cans Peaches, drained - Alton) (You can use other can fruit as well. In season Apples and Blackberries are a nice substitute - Shane)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place butter in a cake pan.
  • Place pan in the oven to melt butter.
  • When butter has just melted, remove pan from oven. Leave oven on.
  • In a medium bowl, add flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Mix together. (It's okay if it's lumpy - Shane, again)
  • Pour flour mixture into pan with the butter.
  • Add peaches to cake pan. Stir around a bit with the other ingredients.
  • Place back in hot oven. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot or warm. (With Vanilla Ice Cream, if you like. - Alton again)
