Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • Lemon Wedges
  • 1 1/2 ounces Absolut Citron Vodka or other Citron Vodka of choice
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces Sour Mix store bought or homemade, of choice

Instructions

  • Place sugar on a plate. Spread out to make a thin layer.
  • Rub the rim of a chilled Martini, Coupe or other cocktail glass with 1 lemon wedge.
  • Invert the glass onto the sugar. Press slightly to coat the rim. Set glass aside.
  • To an ice-filled shaker, add vodka, Cointreau and sour mix. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into prepared glass.
  • Serve immediately.
