finely diced

Celery
finely diced

Pears
peeled and finely diced
Instructions
To a large saucepan add cranberries, granulated sugar, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and water.
Place over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add prepared onions, celery and pears. Continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Store in a tightly covered container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, and any left overs for up to 1 week.
