Ingredients

  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 cup Honey

Instructions

  • Place vinegar in sauce pan.
  • Place pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  • In a cup, mix corn starch with water. Add mixture to vinegar. Bring back to a boil. Remove from heat and add honey. Blend well.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Can be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Bring up to room temperature before using.
