Balsamic Vinegar

Honey
Instructions
Place vinegar in sauce pan.
Place pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
In a cup, mix corn starch with water. Add mixture to vinegar. Bring back to a boil. Remove from heat and add honey. Blend well.
Set aside to cool.
Can be done in advance. Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. Bring up to room temperature before using.
