Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough store bought or homemade, of choice
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Prepare dough as per instructions or recipe.
  • In a medium bowl, add flour, brown sugar and butter. Mix with a fork to a cornmeal consistency.
  • Add rolled oats. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture evenly across prepared pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips pizza.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows liberally across chocolate chips.
  • Bake pizza crust as directed by instructions or recipe. (Note: If the crust cooking time is longer than 10 minutes, wait and add marshmallows when there is just about 10 minutes left for the pizza to cook. That prevents them from getting too toasty.)
