Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 packs Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 small Onion peeled and finely diced
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 small can diced Water Chestnuts
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  • Remove from refrigerator and stir. Place in a serving dish, if desired.
  • Serve cold with bread slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, toasted baguette slices and/or other dippers.
