- 1 pound fresh Green Beans
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper cored, seeded and cut into strips
- 4 tablespoons reduced sodium Tamari
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
Wash and trim beans. Cut into 2-inch long pieces (cutting them in 1/2 usually works).
Steam the beans in large steamer for 5 minutes. Remove from steamer.
Heat a large wok or skillet to medium high heat.
Add coconut oil and melt.
When oil is hot, add bell pepper and tamari. Stir fry about 2 minutes
Add in steamed beans. Cook another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle on sesame seeds, toss to coat and remove from wok to a serving dish. Drizzle sesame oil over the top.
Serve hot.
