Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces Zatarain's Creole Mustard (Zatarain's is important for the authentic Ruth's Chris taste - But substitute a grainy dark mustard if you can not find it.)
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce (Like Zatarain's Creole Mustard, Tabasco Sauce is important for the authentic Ruth's Chris taste - But substitute another Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce if you prefer.)
  • 3 tablespoons Parsley minced
  • 2 Green Onions minced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
  • Add parsley and green onions. Mix gently but well.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, for at least 4 hours or overnight, or until ready to serve, up to a week.
