Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Anise Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Superfine Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Place anise seeds into an electric coffee grinder. Grind to a fine powder.
  • Add all other ingredients. Grind briefly to combine.
  • Store in a sealed container in the pantry until ready to use.
