Bonefish Grill Herbed Gorgonzola Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Sage
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese

Instructions

  • Place a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add pine nuts. Toast until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • To a food processor, add rosemary, thyme, sage, butter, Gorgonzola cheese, and toasted pine nuts. Grind to combine.
  • Remove from processor to a work surface.
  • Form butter into a log. Use immediately. Or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
