Place a skillet over medium heat.
Add pine nuts. Toast until fragrant. Remove from heat.
To a food processor, add rosemary, thyme, sage, butter, Gorgonzola cheese, and toasted pine nuts. Grind to combine.
Remove from processor to a work surface.
Form butter into a log. Use immediately. Or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator, until ready to use.
